The Process
Three steps between an idea and a shoot that runs on time.
SCENE 1 / PLAN
Get it out of your head
Give the shoot a title and a concept. Add the date, time, and address before anything else slips your mind.
SCENE 2 / CREATE
Assemble the roster
Add every crew member and talent booking, their contact details, call times, and a moodboard link.
SCENE 3 / SHARE
Send one link
Everyone gets a private page with add-to-calendar built in. One source of truth, not six group chats.
What's inside
Everything the crew needs, nothing they don't.
The published call sheet is a single scrollable page — built for a phone, readable in five seconds flat.
Date, time, address with one-tap directions
Talent roster with sizes, contact, and call times
Crew roster grouped by department
Moodboard embed for the visual reference

Built for every role
Talent don't need the invoice. Crew don't need the model's shoe size.

Privacy by default
A private link. Not a public listing.
Nobody stumbles onto your shoot. There's no directory, no search index — only people holding the link can open it.
01 — Hashed link
Unguessable by design
Every call sheet gets a long, random link. It isn't listed anywhere public, so it's effectively invisible to anyone you didn't send it to.
02 — Auto-expiry
Set it to disappear
Choose 30, 60, or 90 days. Once it passes, the page and its details are taken down automatically.
03 — View without login
No account needed to view
Only the creator signs up. Everyone else just opens the link — no password, no app download.
On set with it
People who've stopped texting call times to twelve people at once.
"
I used to send three separate texts for every shoot — one for the address, one for call times, one for the moodboard. Now it's one link and I'm done.

As talent, I just want to know where to be and when. The link tells me everything I need without me having to ask the photographer twice.

Running a five-person crew across two locations used to mean a shared doc nobody updated. This actually stays current, and it expires on its own.

Questions
Before you ask.
Do talent and crew need to sign up?
No. Only the creator needs an account. Everyone else just opens the link you send them — no login, no app install.
What happens when a link expires?
You choose 30, 60, or 90 days when you create the call sheet. Once that period passes, the page comes down automatically — it isn't left sitting online indefinitely.
Can I edit a call sheet after I've shared it?
Yes — log in and update the same shoot. Anyone with the link sees the latest version, so there's no need to resend it after a change.
Can I hide contact details from certain people?
Yes. Visibility toggles let you show or hide talent and crew contact info independently before you share the link.
Is the link really private?
Each call sheet gets a long, randomly generated link that isn't listed or indexed anywhere. Only people you send it to can find it.
What does it cost?
Pricing is still being finalized — the goal is a free tier for getting started, with paid plans for teams running more shoots. We'll confirm details before launch.

Links auto-expire based on the setting chosen at creation — expired call sheets stay listed here for your records, but the shared page itself is taken down.
